- Fresh Peach(2)
- Arugula(100 g)
- Cherry Tomatoes(200 g)
- Focaccia(120 g)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Balsamic Glaze(2 tbsp)
- Honey(1 tbsp)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)
- Fresh basil(10 g)

Tear {Focaccia} into rough bite-size pieces. Slice {Peach} into wedges, halve {Cherry Tomatoes}, and pick the leaves from {Fresh basil}.

Whisk together {Olive oil}, {Balsamic vinegar}, {Honey}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} in a large bowl until glossy and slightly thickened.

Toast the {Focaccia} in a dry pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, turning a few times, until golden at the edges and crisp on the outside.

Add {Arugula}, {Peach}, {Cherry Tomatoes}, and half the {Fresh basil} to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently so everything is lightly coated.
