  • Cherry Tomatoes(200 g)
  • Focaccia(120 g)
  • Olive oil(3 tbsp)
  • Balsamic Glaze(2 tbsp)
  • Honey(1 tbsp)
  • Salt(½ tsp)
  • Black pepper(¼ tsp)
  • Fresh basil(10 g)

Method

    Tear {Focaccia} into rough bite-size pieces. Slice {Peach} into wedges, halve {Cherry Tomatoes}, and pick the leaves from {Fresh basil}.

    Whisk together {Olive oil}, {Balsamic vinegar}, {Honey}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} in a large bowl until glossy and slightly thickened.

    Toast the {Focaccia} in a dry pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, turning a few times, until golden at the edges and crisp on the outside.
