
Chicken Gyros Bowl

- Chicken breast(650 g)
- Olive oil(2½ tbsp)
- Garlic(3 cloves)
- Lemon(1)
- Dried Oregano(1¾ tsp)
- Cumin(1¼ tsp)
- Paprika(1¼ tsp)
- Salt(2 tsp)
- Black pepper(¾ tsp)
- Steamed Rice(240 g)
- Greek yogurt(250 g)
- Cucumber(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Red Onion(1)
- Black Olives(80 g)optional
- Feta(120 g)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)optional

Rinse {White rice} until the water runs mostly clear.

Add rinsed {White rice}, {Water}, and {Salt} to a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce to low and cook until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

While the rice cooks, cut {Chicken breast} into bite-size pieces. Finely grate {Garlic}. Season chicken with {Oregano}, {Cumin}, {Paprika}, {Black pepper}, and {Salt}.

Make the sauce: stir {Greek yogurt} with the juice from {Lemon}, half the grated {Garlic}, and {Salt}.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken in a single layer until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining grated {Garlic} in the last minute.
