- Cannellini Beans(400 g)
- Lettuce(1)
- Cucumber(1)
- Tomato(3)
- Red Onion(1)
- Lemon(1)
- Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Drain the {Tuna} and {White Beans}. Chop the {Lettuce}, dice the {Cucumber} and {Tomato}, and finely slice the {Red Onion}.

In a large bowl, whisk the juice of {Lemon} with {Dijon Mustard}, {Olive oil}, {Vinegar}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} until combined.

Add the chopped {Lettuce}, {Cucumber}, {Tomato}, {Red Onion}, drained {White Beans}, and flaked {Tuna} to the bowl. Toss well so everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
