
Nduja Beef Burger & Fries
Juicy beef burgers piled into soft buns with spicy nduja mayo, crisp lettuce, and tomato, served with golden oven fries for a full, crowd-pleasing dinner that brings a little Italian heat to burger night.

Ingredients
- Beef Mince(600 g)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Potato(800 g)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Mayonnaise(120 g)
- Nduja(60 g)
- Lemon(1)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Lettuce(120 g)
- Tomato(2)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut the {Potato} into fries. Finely grate half the {Onion} and mince the {Garlic}. Slice the remaining {Onion} and the {Tomato}, and separate the {Lettuce} leaves.

Toss the {Potato} with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and a little of the {Black pepper}. Spread out on a tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

Meanwhile, mix the {Mayonnaise}, {Nduja}, and juice from half the {Lemon} in a small bowl until smooth and lightly orange-red.

Mix the {Ground beef} with the grated {Onion}, {Garlic}, {Worcestershire sauce}, remaining {Black pepper}, and 1 tsp of the {Salt}. Form into 4 burger patties with a slight dip in the center.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with a little of the {Olive oil}. Cook the burger patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. In the last minute, add the sliced {Onion} to soften lightly. Toast the {Burger Buns} cut-side down in the pan until warm.

Spread the buns generously with the {Mayonnaise} and {Nduja} mixture, then stack with {Lettuce}, {Tomato}, the burgers, and softened onion. Serve straight away with the fries and lemon wedges from the remaining half of the {Lemon}.
