- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
- Ketchup(2 tbsp)
- Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Pickled Onions(120 g)
- Lettuce(120 g)
- Tomato(2)
- Beef Mince(600 g)
- Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- Onion powder(1 tsp)
- Cheddar cheese(8 slices)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Rapeseed Oil(1 tbsp)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut the {Potato} into thin fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, half the {Salt}, and half the {Black pepper}.

Spread the fries on a tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges. Meanwhile, stir together the {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, and {Mustard}. Slice the {Tomato} and separate the {Lettuce} leaves.

Divide the {Ground beef} into 8 loose balls. Season with the remaining {Salt}, remaining {Black pepper}, {Garlic powder}, and {Onion powder}. Heat a large frying pan or griddle with the {Vegetable oil}. Place the beef in the pan and smash into thin patties. Cook for 2 minutes, flip, top each with {Cheddar cheese}, and cook for 1 minute more until browned and juicy.

Split the {Burger Buns} and toast the cut sides with the {Butter} until lightly golden. Build each burger with sauce, 2 cheese-topped patties, {Pickled Onions}, {Tomato}, and {Lettuce}. Serve with the hot fries alongside.
