- Duck breast(600 g)
- Egg noodles(300 g)
- Hoisin Sauce(4 tbsp)
- Soy sauce(2 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce(1 tbsp)
- Honey(1 tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Sesame oil(2 tbsp)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Ginger(1 tbsp)
- Onion(1)
- Bell pepper(1)
- Bok Choy(2)
- Green Onions(4)
- Sesame seeds(2 tsp)optional
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Salt(½ tsp)

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Meanwhile, thinly slice the {Duck breast}, mince the {Garlic}, grate the {Ginger}, thinly slice the {Onion}, {Bell pepper}, and {Scallions}, and chop the {Bok Choy} into bite-size pieces.

Whisk together the {Hoisin Sauce}, {Soy sauce}, {Oyster Sauce}, {Honey}, and {Rice Vinegar} in a small bowl.

Cook the {Egg noodles} according to the pack until just tender. Drain, rinse briefly under cold water to stop the cooking, and toss with {Sesame oil}.

Heat the remaining {Sesame oil} in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the {Duck breast}, {Black pepper}, and {Salt}, then stir-fry until the duck is lightly golden and just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
