- Beef steak(500 g)
- Egg noodles(300 g)
- Black Beans(1)
- Bell pepper(1)
- Onion(1)
- Spring Onion(3)
- Garlic(3 cloves)
- Ginger(1 tbsp)
- Spinach(120 g)
- Soy sauce(3 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce(2 tbsp)
- Sambal Oelek(1 tbsp)
- Honey(1 tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Cornstarch(2 tsp)
- Sesame oil(1 tbsp)
- Vegetable oil(2 tbsp)
- Chili flakes(1 tsp)
- Sesame seeds(2 tsp)optional
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)

Thinly slice the {Beef steak}. Slice the {Bell pepper} and {Onion}, finely slice the {Spring Onion}, and mince the {Garlic}. Drain and rinse the {Black Beans}.

Whisk together the {Soy sauce}, {Oyster Sauce}, {Sambal Oelek}, {Honey}, {Rice Vinegar}, {Cornstarch}, and {Sesame oil} in a small bowl until smooth.

Cook the {Egg noodles} in a pan of boiling water until just tender, 4 minutes. Drain, rinse briefly, and set aside.

Toss the {Beef steak} with the {Salt} and {Black pepper}. Heat {Vegetable oil} in a large wok or frying pan over high heat, then stir-fry the beef for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned at the edges. Transfer to a plate.
