- Beef Mince(600 g)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Cheddar cheese(120 g)
- Lettuce(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Onion(1)
- Rapeseed Oil(1 tbsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Mayonnaise(6 tbsp)
- Ketchup(2 tbsp)
- Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Dill Pickles(4)
- Onion powder(½ tsp)
- Potato(800 g)
- Olive oil(1½ tbsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into thin fries, toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, then spread out on a large tray. Finely chop {Pickles} and thinly slice {Onion}. Slice the {Tomato} and separate the {Lettuce} leaves.

Bake the fries for 18 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden at the edges and tender in the middle.

Stir together {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, {Mustard}, chopped {Pickles}, and {Onion powder} to make the special sauce. Divide {Ground beef} into 8 equal balls. Season with the remaining {Salt} and {Black pepper}.

Heat {Vegetable oil} in a large frying pan over high heat. Add 4 beef balls and smash into thin patties. Cook for 2 minutes until deeply golden underneath, flip, top each with {Cheddar cheese}, and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with the remaining beef. Split and toast the {Burger Buns} in the pan for the last minute.

Spread special sauce over the toasted buns. Stack 2 patties on each bun base, then add sliced {Tomato}, {Onion}, and {Lettuce}. Close the burgers and serve straight away with the fries on the side.
