  • Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
  • Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)
  • Cheddar cheese(120 g)
  • Bread(8 slices)
  • Butter(2 tbsp)
  • Pickled Onions(80 g)
  • Lettuce(1)
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Vinegar(1 tbsp)
  • Salt(½ tsp)

Method

    Drain {Tuna} well. In a bowl, mix {Tuna}, {Mayonnaise}, {Dijon Mustard}, and {Black pepper} until creamy and evenly combined. Grate the {Cheddar cheese}.

    Spread the tuna mixture over 4 slices of {Bread}, top with {Pickled Onions} and the {Cheddar cheese}, then close with the remaining 4 slices of {Bread}. Lightly butter the outsides with {Butter}.

    Cook the sandwiches in a large skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is golden and crisp and the cheese has melted through.
