- Chicken breast(500 g)
- Penne(300 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Sun-dried tomatoes(90 g)
- Tomato paste(1 tbsp)
- Chicken Broth(180 ml)
- Heavy cream(250 ml)
- Parmesan(80 g)
- Spinach(120 g)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Chili flakes(½ tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Fresh basil(10 g)optional

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to the boil. Meanwhile, cut {Chicken breast} into bite-size pieces, finely chop {Onion}, mince {Garlic}, roughly chop {Sun-dried tomatoes}, and grate {Parmesan}.

Cook {Penne} in the boiling water until just al dente. Reserve 240ml pasta water, then drain.
