  • Cajun Seasoning(2 tbsp)
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Lime(2)
  • Cabbage(300 g)
  • Red Onion(1)
  • Coriander(15 g)
  • Greek yogurt(180 g)
  • Mayonnaise(1 tbsp)
  • Garlic(1 clove)
  • Hot sauce(1 tbsp)optional
  • Tortilla(8)
  • Avocado(1)
  • Salt(1 tsp)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)

Method

    Cut the {Salmon} into large bite-size pieces. Toss with {Cajun Seasoning}, {Olive oil}, half the juice of {Lime}, and half of the {Salt}. Thinly slice the {Cabbage} and {Red Onion}, chop the {Fresh cilantro}, mince the {Garlic}, and slice the {Avocado}.

    In a bowl, mix the sliced {Cabbage}, sliced {Red Onion}, half the {Fresh cilantro}, the remaining juice of {Lime}, a pinch from the remaining {Salt}, and the {Black pepper} until lightly dressed and crunchy.

    Stir together the {Greek yogurt}, {Mayonnaise}, {Garlic}, and {Hot sauce} with a small pinch of the remaining {Salt} until smooth.

    Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned {Salmon} for 6 minutes, turning once or twice, until lightly golden, just cooked through, and flaky.

    Warm the {Tortilla} in a dry pan or directly over a flame for 2 minutes, turning until soft and lightly toasted at the edges.
