- Lettuce(2)
- Carrot(1)
- Green Onions(4)
- Garlic(3 cloves)
- Ginger(1 tbsp)
- Hoisin Sauce(4 tbsp)
- Soy sauce(1 tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Sesame oil(2 tsp)
- Honey(2 tsp)
- Rapeseed Oil(1 tbsp)
- Sesame seeds(2 tsp)optional
- Coriander(2 tbsp)optional
- Lime(1)optional
- Salt(¼ tsp)
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)

Slice the {Chicken breast} into small bite-size pieces. Separate the leaves from the {Lettuce}, peel and grate the {Carrot}, thinly slice the {Spring Onion}, mince the {Garlic}, and finely grate the {Ginger}.

In a small bowl, stir together the {Hoisin Sauce}, {Soy sauce}, {Rice Vinegar}, {Sesame oil}, and {Honey}.

Heat the {Vegetable oil} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, then cook until lightly golden and nearly cooked through, stirring often, about 5 minutes.

Add the {Garlic}, {Ginger}, and half the {Spring Onion}. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the hoisin sauce mixture and stir for 2 minutes until the chicken is glossy and coated. Stir in the {Carrot} for the last minute so it stays crisp.
