  • Gnocchi(500 g)
  • Kale(150 g)
  • Onion(1)
  • Garlic(3 cloves)
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Tomato paste(1 tbsp)
  • Chicken Broth(400 ml)
  • Cream(120 ml)
  • Parmesan(60 g)
  • Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
  • Chili flakes(½ tsp)optional
  • Salt(½ tsp)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)

Method

    Finely chop {Onion}, mince {Garlic}, strip the tough stems from {Kale}, and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces. Remove the sausage meat from the casings if needed.

    Heat {Olive oil} in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add {Pork sausage} and cook, breaking it into irregular chunks, until lightly browned. Stir in {Onion} and cook until softened, then add {Garlic}, {Oregano}, and {Chili flakes}.

    Stir in {Tomato paste} for 1 minute, then add {Gnocchi}, {Chicken Stock}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Bring to a gentle bubble and simmer, stirring often, until the gnocchi is tender and the liquid has reduced to a glossy coating.

    Add {Kale} and stir until wilted. Pour in {Cream} and add {Parmesan}, stirring until the sauce turns thick, creamy, and clings to the gnocchi and sausage. Adjust seasoning if needed.
