Thinly slice {Onion}, slice {Mushroom}, grate {Cheddar cheese}, shred {Lettuce}, and chop {Tomato}.

Heat {Butter} and {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add {Onion}, {Mushroom}, {Thyme}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are softened and the pan looks mostly dry, about 8 minutes.
