- Steamed Rice(250 g)
- Chicken breast(600 g)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Greek yogurt(200 g)
- Feta(120 g)
- Lemon(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Dried Oregano(2 tsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Salt(2 tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Cucumber(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Red Onion(1)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)

Cook {White rice} in plenty of water until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain well, cover, and let it steam dry while you finish the bowl.

Meanwhile, slice {Chicken breast} into bite-size pieces. Finely grate {Garlic}, zest and juice half of {Lemon}, then toss with {Chicken breast}, {Olive oil}, {Dried Oregano}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Dice {Cucumber}, {Tomato}, and {Red Onion}, and roughly chop {Fresh parsley}.

In a small bowl, mash {Feta} into {Greek yogurt} with the juice from the remaining half of {Lemon} until creamy and spoonable. Add a splash of water if needed to loosen slightly.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and cooked through.
