Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into thin fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Garlic powder}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Spread out on a tray. Mix {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, and {Mustard} in a small bowl for the burger sauce. Slice the {Tomato} and crush the {Garlic}.

While the fries cook, finely chop the {Mushroom}. Heat half the {Butter} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms with half the {Garlic}, a pinch more salt, and cook for 5 minutes, pressing and stirring until the mushrooms collapse into a buttery smashed layer with no watery liquid left.

Push the mushrooms to one side of the pan. Add the remaining {Butter}, then lay in the {Halloumi} as 4 thick slabs. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden. Top each piece with a {Cheddar cheese} slice, cover loosely, and cook for 1 minute to soften the cheese. Toast the {Burger Buns} cut-side down in the pan for 1 minute.

Spread the burger sauce over the buns. Layer the bases with {Lettuce}, {Tomato}, a mound of smashed mushrooms, and a whole slab of cheesy halloumi. Close the burgers and serve with the hot fries.
