- Italian Sausage(500 g)
- Onion(2)
- Rapeseed Oil(2 tbsp)
- Eggs(3)
- Milk(200 ml)
- All-Purpose Flour(120 g)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)
- Beef Broth(300 ml)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Thyme(½ tsp)
- Butter(1 tbsp)

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Slice the {Onion} into thin wedges.

Add the {Vegetable oil} to a baking dish, then add the {Pork sausage} and {Onion}. Toss lightly and roast until the sausages are lightly golden and the onions are softened.

Meanwhile, whisk the {Eggs}, {Milk}, {Flour}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} into a smooth batter.

Carefully pour the batter around and between the sausages and onions. Return to the oven and bake until puffed, golden, and set.
