- Ground turkey(500 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Taco Seasoning(2 tbsp)
- Lettuce(2)
- Tomato(2)
- Corn(200 g)
- Avocado(1)
- Cheddar cheese(100 g)
- Sour cream(120 ml)
- Lime(1)
- Hot sauce(1 tbsp)optional
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)
- Coriander(10 g)optional

Finely chop {Onion} and mince {Garlic}. Shred the {Lettuce}, dice the {Tomato}, cut the {Avocado} into bite-size pieces, grate the {Cheddar cheese}, and roughly chop the {Fresh cilantro}.

In a small bowl, stir together {Sour cream}, the juice of {Lime}, and {Hot sauce} if using. Season with a pinch of the {Salt} and set aside.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add {Onion} and cook for 2 minutes to soften, then add {Garlic} and cook for 1 minute more.
