- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Tomato paste(1 tbsp)
- Cumin(2 tsp)
- Paprika(2 tsp)
- Oregano(1 tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Tortilla(8)
- Lettuce(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Avocado(1)
- Cheddar cheese(120 g)
- Sour cream(120 ml)optional
- Lime(1)

Finely chop {Onion} and {Garlic}. Shred the {Lettuce}, dice the {Tomato}, slice the {Avocado}, grate the {Cheddar cheese}, and cut the {Lime} into wedges.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the {Onion} and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the {Garlic}, then add the {Turkey Mince}, breaking it up well as it browns.

Stir in the {Tomato paste}, {Cumin}, {Paprika}, {Oregano}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Add 4 tbsp water and cook for 4 minutes, stirring, until the turkey is coated and the mixture is juicy but not wet.
