- Ground turkey(600 g)
- Parmesan(40 g)
- Breadcrumbs(40 g)
- Eggs(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Mozzarella(100 g)
- Tomato(2)
- Lettuce(1)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
- Arugula(60 g)
- Red Onion(1)
- Balsamic Glaze(1½ tbsp)
- Fresh basil(10 g)

Finely grate {Parmesan}, mince {Garlic}, and thinly slice 1 {Tomato}. Slice the remaining {Tomato} into wedges for the salad, shred a few leaves from the {Lettuce}, thinly slice the {Red Onion}, and tear the {Fresh basil}.

In a bowl, mix {Ground turkey}, {Parmesan}, {Breadcrumbs}, {Eggs}, {Garlic}, {Dried Oregano}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} until just combined. Shape into 4 even burger patties with a slight dip in the center.

Heat 1 tbsp {Olive oil} in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on the first side, then turn and cook for 4 minutes more until golden and nearly cooked through.

Top each patty with {Mozzarella}, cover the pan, and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the burgers are cooked through. In the last minute, toast the {Burger Buns} cut-side down in the pan or in a second dry pan.

Toss the tomato wedges, half the {Red Onion}, {Arugula}, most of the {Fresh basil}, {Balsamic vinegar}, and the remaining 1 tbsp {Olive oil} with a pinch of salt and pepper.
