  • Lettuce(1)
  • Onion(1)
  • Garlic(2 cloves)
  • Tomato(2)
  • Avocado(1)
  • Cheddar cheese(100 g)
  • Greek yogurt(120 g)
  • Lime(1)
  • Coriander(10 g)optional
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Tomato paste(1 tbsp)
  • Cumin(2 tsp)
  • Paprika(2 tsp)
  • Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
  • Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • Onion powder(1 tsp)
  • Chili flakes(½ tsp)
  • Salt(1 tsp)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)

Method

    Peel and finely chop {Onion} and {Garlic}. Dice {Tomato} and {Avocado}, grate the {Cheddar cheese}, separate the {Lettuce} into large cups, and roughly chop the {Fresh cilantro} if using.

    In a small bowl, stir together {Greek yogurt}, the juice of {Lime}, a pinch of {Salt}, and a little {Black pepper} until smooth and spoonable.

    Heat {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add {Onion} and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Stir in {Garlic}, {Cumin}, {Paprika}, {Oregano}, {Garlic powder}, {Onion powder}, and {Chili flakes} for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add {Ground turkey}, {Tomato paste}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Break the turkey up with a spoon and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often, until browned and cooked through. If the pan looks dry, add a splash of water to loosen the mixture.

    Spoon the turkey mixture into the {Lettuce} cups, then top with {Tomato}, {Avocado}, {Cheddar cheese}, and {Fresh cilantro}. Drizzle over the lime yogurt and serve right away.
