Slice the {Turkey breast} into thin bite-size strips. In a bowl, toss with {Olive oil}, zest and juice from {Lemon}, grated {Garlic}, {Dried Oregano}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}.

In a second bowl, mix the {Greek yogurt}, crumbled {Feta}, juice from {Lemon}, and grated {Garlic} into a thick, tangy sauce. Dice the {Cucumber} and {Tomato}, thinly slice the {Red Onion}, shred the {Lettuce}, and roughly chop the {Fresh parsley}.
