- Pesto(6 tbsp)
- Mozzarella(150 g)
- Lettuce(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Tortilla(4)
- Panko(100 g)
- Eggs(1)
- All-Purpose Flour(4 tbsp)
- Parmesan(40 g)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Slice {Chicken breast} into bite-size strips. Tear the {Lettuce}, slice the {Tomato}, grate the {Mozzarella} if needed, and beat the {Eggs} in a shallow bowl.

Mix the {Panko Breadcrumbs}, {Parmesan}, {Garlic powder}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} on a plate. Coat the chicken in {Flour}, then {Eggs}, then the crumb mixture.
