  • Potato(800 g)
  • Milk(120 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard(1½ tbsp)
  • Maple syrup(1½ tbsp)
  • Fresh parsley(2 tbsp)optional

Method

  1. 1

Peel and chop {Apple} into chunks. Peel and cut {Potato} into large pieces. Pat the {Pork chop} dry and season both sides with {Salt} and {Black pepper}.

  2. 2

Put the {Potato} in a saucepan, cover with water, season generously with extra salt, and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes until very tender.
