- Orzo(250 g)
- Sun-dried tomatoes(90 g)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Baby Spinach(100 g)
- Heavy cream(250 ml)
- Vegetable Broth(700 ml)
- Parmesan(50 g)
- Tomato paste(1 tbsp)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Chili flakes(½ tsp)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Fresh basil(10 g)optional

Dice {Onion}, finely chop {Garlic}, and roughly chop {Sun-dried tomatoes}. Cut {Halloumi} into bite-size pieces and grate {Parmesan}.

Heat {Olive oil} and {Butter} in a deep sauté pan over medium heat. Add {Halloumi} and cook until golden on several sides, 4 minutes. Scoop out onto a plate.

In the same pan, add {Onion} and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Stir in {Garlic}, {Sun-dried tomatoes}, {Tomato paste}, {Oregano}, {Chili flakes}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} for 1 minute.
