- Flatbread(2)
- Pesto(6 tbsp)
- Mushroom(300 g)
- Mozzarella(200 g)
- Parmesan(30 g)
- Arugula(60 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Chili flakes(½ tsp)optional
- Lemon(1)
- Salt(½ tsp)

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Slice the {Mushroom} and finely grate or mince the {Garlic}.

Heat the {Olive oil} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the {Mushroom} with the {Garlic}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} for 6 minutes until the mushrooms are softened and lightly golden. Stir in the {Chili flakes} if using.

Place the {Flatbread} on a tray. Spread the {Pesto} over each one, then top evenly with the cooked mushrooms, {Mozzarella}, and {Parmesan}.
