
Nduja Honey Pizza

Ingredients
- Flatbread(2)
- Tomato sauce(4 tbsp)
- Nduja(90 g)
- Honey(2 tbsp)
- Mozzarella(180 g)
- Parmesan(25 g)
- Arugula(40 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Chili flakes(½ tsp)optional
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Set the {Flatbread} on a baking tray. In a small bowl, stir the {Tomato sauce}, {Nduja}, and {Honey} together into a loose, spicy-sweet red spread.

Spread the nduja mixture all over the {Flatbread}, right to the edges. Tear over the {Mozzarella} and scatter with the {Parmesan}.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are golden.

Toss the {Arugula} with the {Olive oil}, {Black pepper}, and optional {Chili flakes}. Scatter over the hot pizzas so the leaves soften slightly.
