- Tomato sauce(4 tbsp)
- Mozzarella(150 g)
- Prosciutto(80 g)
- Cherry Tomatoes(150 g)
- Arugula(40 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Balsamic Glaze(1 tbsp)optional
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Halve the {Cherry Tomatoes}, tear the {Prosciutto} into rough pieces, and grate or tear the {Mozzarella}.

Set the {Flatbread} on a tray. Spread over the {Tomato sauce}, then scatter with the {Mozzarella}, {Cherry Tomatoes}, and half the {Prosciutto}. Drizzle with {Olive oil} and season with {Black pepper}.
