- Red Onion(1)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Tomato sauce(160 ml)
- Mozzarella(180 g)
- Goat Cheese(100 g)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Fresh basil(10 g)optional
- All-Purpose Flour(1 tbsp)

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Slice the {Bell pepper} into strips and the {Red Onion} into thin wedges. Toss with {Olive oil}, half the {Salt}, and the {Black pepper}.

Spread the peppers and onion on a tray and roast for 12 minutes until softened and lightly golden at the edges.

Dust a work surface with {Flour}, stretch the {Pizza dough} into a large round or rectangle, and place it on a lined tray or hot pizza sheet. Spread over the {Tomato sauce}, then scatter with the {Mozzarella}, roasted peppers and onion, crumbled {Goat Cheese}, remaining {Salt}, and the {Oregano}.
