Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice(250 g)
- Pork tenderloin(500 g)
- Broccoli(300 g)
- Bell pepper(1)
- Onion(1)
- Ginger(1 tbsp)
- Garlic(3 cloves)
- Soy sauce(4 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce(2 tbsp)
- Honey(1½ tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Sesame oil(1 tbsp)
- Cornflour(2 tsp)
- Rapeseed Oil(2 tbsp)
- Green Onions(2)
- Sesame seeds(2 tsp)optional
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
Method

Rinse {Jasmine Rice}. Add it to a saucepan with 500ml water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook until tender.

Meanwhile, thinly slice {Pork tenderloin}. Cut {Broccoli} into small florets, slice {Bell pepper} and {Onion}, mince {Garlic}, and finely grate {Ginger}. In a small bowl, stir together {Soy sauce}, {Oyster Sauce}, {Honey}, {Rice Vinegar}, {Sesame oil}, and {Cornstarch}.

Heat {Vegetable oil} in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the pork with {Black pepper} and cook, stirring often, until lightly golden and just cooked through.
