
Turkey Meatloaf & Mash

- Ground turkey(700 g)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Eggs(1)
- Breadcrumbs(60 g)
- Milk(140 ml)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Ketchup(4 tbsp)
- Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)
- Salt(2¾ tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Potato(800 g)
- Butter(40 g)
- Green beans(300 g)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)

Heat the oven to 200°C. Finely chop {Onion}, mince {Garlic}, and finely chop {Fresh parsley}.

In a large bowl, mix {Ground turkey}, chopped {Onion}, {Garlic}, {Eggs}, {Breadcrumbs}, {Milk}, {Worcestershire sauce}, {Mustard}, half of the {Ketchup}, {Fresh parsley}, {Salt}, {Black pepper}, and {Paprika} until just combined. Shape into a compact loaf on a lined baking tray.

Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop {Potato}. Put them in a pot, cover with water, add {Salt}, bring to a boil, and cook until very tender, 15 to 18 minutes.

Spread the remaining {Ketchup} over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for 15 minutes, until cooked through. Heat {Olive oil} in a pan, add {Green beans}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, and cook for 5 minutes until bright green and just tender.

Drain the {Potato}, then mash with {Butter}, {Milk}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} until smooth. Rest the meatloaf for 5 minutes, then slice and serve over the mash with the green beans alongside.
