  • Mushroom(250 g)
  • Onion(1)
  • Garlic(2 cloves)
  • Eggs(1)
  • Breadcrumbs(60 g)
  • Mustard(1 tbsp)
  • Smoked paprika(1 tsp)
  • Cheddar cheese(4 slices)
  • Burger Buns(4)
  • Lettuce(8)
  • Tomato(2)
  • Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
  • Ketchup(2 tbsp)
  • Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)

Method

    Heat the oven to {Potato}. Cut the {Potato} into fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} on a large tray.

    Bake the fries for 28 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

    Meanwhile, finely chop the {Mushroom}, {Onion}, and {Garlic}. Drain and mash the {Black Beans} in a bowl, leaving some texture.

    Cook the {Mushroom}, {Onion}, and {Garlic} in a drizzle of oil from the tray for 6 minutes until softened and the pan looks dry. Cool for 2 minutes, then mix with the mashed {Black Beans}, {Eggs}, {Breadcrumbs}, {Mustard}, and {Smoked paprika}. Shape into 4 thick patties.

    Mix the {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, and {Dijon Mustard} in a small bowl. Slice the {Tomato} and split the {Burger Buns}.
