- Chicken breast(700 g)
- Greek yogurt(180 g)
- Olive oil(4 tbsp)
- Lemon(2)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Dried Oregano(2 tsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Salt(2 tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Pita(4)
- Tomato(2)
- Cucumber(1)
- Red Onion(1)
- Feta(120 g)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)

Cut {Chicken breast} into large, skewer-friendly pieces. In a bowl, toss with {Olive oil}, the zest and juice of {Lemon}, 3 grated {Garlic}, {Oregano}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Thread onto skewers and set aside while you prep the rest.

Make the sauce and salad. Stir together {Greek yogurt}, the juice of 1/2 {Lemon}, 1 grated {Garlic}, half of the chopped {Fresh parsley}, 1 tbsp {Olive oil}, 1/2 tsp {Salt}, and 1/4 tsp {Black pepper}. In another bowl, combine chopped {Tomato}, {Cucumber}, and {Red Onion} with the remaining chopped {Fresh parsley}, the juice of 1/2 {Lemon}, 1 tbsp {Olive oil}, 1/2 tsp {Salt}, and crumble in {Feta}.

Heat a grill pan or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden in spots and cooked through.

Warm the {Pita Bread} in a dry pan or wrapped in foil in the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until soft and heated through.
