- Pork tenderloin(700 g)
- Olive oil(5 tbsp)
- Lemon(1½)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Dried Oregano(2½ tsp)
- Salt(2 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Greek yogurt(200 g)
- Cucumber(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Red Onion(½)
- Feta(100 g)
- Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Pita(4)

Cut {Pork tenderloin} into large, skewer-size pieces. Finely grate or mince {Garlic}, zest and juice {Lemon}, then toss everything with {Olive oil}, {Oregano}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Thread the pork onto skewers and leave to marinate while you prep the rest.
