- Ground pork(600 g)
- Apple(2)
- Onion(1)
- Cheddar cheese(120 g)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Mustard(2 tbsp)
- Maple syrup(1 tbsp)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)
- Cabbage(300 g)
- Apple Cider Vinegar(2 tbsp)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)

Thinly slice {Apple}, thinly slice {Onion}, and finely shred {Cabbage}. In a bowl, mix the cabbage with {Mayonnaise}, {Apple Cider Vinegar}, 1/2 tsp of the {Salt}, and 1/4 tsp of the {Black pepper}. Set aside to soften slightly while you cook.

Shape the {Ground pork} into 4 even patties. Season both sides with the remaining {Salt} and remaining {Black pepper}.

Heat 1 tbsp of the {Olive oil} and the {Butter} in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced {Onion} and half the sliced {Apple}. Cook until softened and lightly golden, then stir in the {Mustard}, {Maple syrup}, and {Worcestershire sauce}. Cook for 4 minutes until glossy and jammy.

Push the apples and onions to one side or transfer them to a plate. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of {Olive oil} to the skillet and cook the pork patties for 4 minutes on the first side. Flip, top each patty with {Cheddar cheese}, and cook for 4 minutes more until browned and cooked through. Toast the {Burger Buns} cut-side down for the last 1–2 minutes.

Build the burgers: pile the slaw onto the bun bases, add the cheesy pork patties, spoon over the warm apple-onion mixture, and close with the bun tops. Serve straight away.
