- Lettuce(1)
- Avocado(1)

- Jalapeno(1)
- Coriander(15 g)
- Feta(120 g)
- Sour cream(120 ml)
- Mayonnaise(2 tbsp)
- Lime(2)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Smoked paprika(1 tsp)
- Cumin(1 tsp)
- Garlic(1 clove)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Trim and roughly chop {Lettuce}. Finely slice {Red Onion}, mince {Jalapeno}, chop {Fresh cilantro}, crumble {Feta}, and dice {Avocado}.

In a large bowl, whisk {Sour cream}, {Mayonnaise}, the zest and juice of {Lime}, grated {Garlic}, {Smoked paprika}, {Cumin}, half the {Salt}, and {Black pepper} until smooth.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over high heat. Add {Corn} and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly blistered and golden in spots. Season with the remaining {Salt}.

Add the warm {Corn}, chopped {Lettuce}, sliced {Red Onion}, most of the {Jalapeno}, and most of the {Fresh cilantro} to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
