  • Italian Sausage(400 g)
  • Apple(1)
  • Onion(1)
  • Mustard(1 tbsp)
  • Thyme(1 tsp)
  • Eggs(1)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)
  • Lettuce(1)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar(1 tbsp)
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Honey(1 tsp)
  • Salt(½ tsp)

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment. Finely grate {Apple} and finely chop {Onion}.

    In a bowl, mix {Pork sausage}, grated {Apple}, chopped {Onion}, {Mustard}, {Thyme}, and {Black pepper} until evenly combined.

    Unroll {Puff Pastry} and cut it into 2 long rectangles. Shape the filling into 2 long logs down the center, leaving a border. Beat {Eggs}, brush the pastry edges, fold over to enclose, and press to seal. Cut each log into 4 rolls and brush the tops with more egg.

    Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden and the pork is cooked through, 25 minutes.
