- Red Onion(2)
- Bell pepper(2)
- Garlic(4 cloves)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Honey(2 tbsp)
- Ketchup(2 tbsp)
- Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Smoked paprika(1 tsp)
- Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(2 tbsp)optional

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut the {Pork sausage} into thick bite-size pieces. Cut the {Potato} into small wedges, the {Red Onion} into wedges, and the {Bell pepper} into chunky strips. Finely chop the {Garlic}.

Tip the {Potato}, {Red Onion}, {Bell pepper}, and {Garlic} onto a large tray. Add the {Olive oil}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, then toss well to coat.

Roast for 15 minutes until the potatoes start to soften and the edges look lightly golden.
