- Burger Buns(4)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Tomato paste(2 tbsp)
- Ketchup(4 tbsp)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tbsp)
- Smoked paprika(1½ tsp)
- Brown sugar(2 tsp)
- Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Salt(1¼ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Lettuce(1)
- Cucumber(1)
- Vinegar(1 tbsp)

Finely chop {Onion} and mince {Garlic}. Shred {Lettuce} and slice {Cucumber} for the side salad.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add {Ground beef} and {Onion}, breaking the beef into small crumbles as it cooks, until browned and the onion is soft, about 8 minutes. Stir in {Garlic} for the last minute.

Stir in {Tomato paste}, {Ketchup}, {Worcestershire sauce}, {Mustard}, {Smoked paprika}, {Brown sugar}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Add 120ml water, stir well, and simmer until thick, glossy, and spoonable, about 8 minutes.
