- Lettuce(2)
- Croutons(120 g)
- Parmesan(60 g)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
- Greek yogurt(3 tbsp)
- Anchovies(4)
- Garlic(1 clove)
- Lemon(1)
- Dijon Mustard(1 tsp)
- Worcestershire sauce(1 tsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(1 tsp)

Pat the {Chicken breast} dry and season all over with {Salt} and {Black pepper}. Tear the {Lettuce} into bite-size pieces, finely grate the {Parmesan}, mince the {Garlic}, and halve the {Lemon}.

In a large bowl, mash the {Anchovies} with the {Garlic}. Whisk in the {Mayonnaise}, {Greek yogurt}, {Dijon Mustard}, {Worcestershire sauce}, and 2 tbsp lemon juice from the {Lemon} until smooth. Stir in half the {Parmesan}.

Heat the {Olive oil} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the {Chicken breast} for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a board and rest for 3 minutes, then slice.

Add the {Lettuce} and {Croutons} to the bowl with the dressing and toss to coat. Divide between plates, top with sliced chicken, and finish with the remaining {Parmesan} and extra black pepper if you like.
