  • Salt(2 tsp)
  • Black pepper(1 tsp)
  • Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • Paprika(1 tsp)
  • All-Purpose Flour(80 g)
  • Eggs(2)
  • Panko(140 g)
  • Rapeseed Oil(6 tbsp)
  • Potato(800 g)
  • Olive oil(2 tbsp)
  • Burger Buns(4)
  • Lettuce(1)
  • Tomato(2)
  • Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
  • Ketchup(2 tbsp)
  • Mustard(1 tbsp)
  • Dill Pickles(4)

Method

    Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, 1 tsp of {Salt}, 1/2 tsp of {Black pepper}, and 1/2 tsp of {Paprika}. Spread out on a large tray.

    Bake the fries for 25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

    Meanwhile, slice {Chicken breast} horizontally into 4 even fillets. Season with the remaining {Salt}, remaining {Black pepper}, and {Garlic powder}. Put {All-Purpose Flour} in one bowl, beat {Eggs} in another, and place {Panko Breadcrumbs} in a third. Coat each fillet in flour, egg, then panko, pressing well so the crumbs stick.

    Mix {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, and {Mustard} in a small bowl. Slice the {Tomato}, separate the {Lettuce} leaves, and split the {Burger Buns}.

    Heat {Vegetable oil} in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken fillets for 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

    Toast the cut sides of the {Burger Buns} for 1–2 minutes in the pan or oven. Build each burger with sauce, {Lettuce}, crispy chicken, {Tomato}, and {Dill Pickles}. Serve with the fries alongside.
