
Greek Lamb Burger
Juicy herby lamb burgers piled into soft buns with feta yogurt sauce, crisp cucumber lettuce, and a side of golden roasted potatoes for a full Greek-inspired dinner.

Ingredients
- Ground lamb(600 g)
- Red Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Fresh mint(2 tbsp)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(2 tbsp)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Cumin(1 tsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Potato(800 g)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Greek yogurt(200 g)
- Feta(100 g)
- Lemon(1)
- Cucumber(1)
- Lettuce(120 g)
- Tomato(2)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into wedges and spread on a tray. Toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and a little {Black pepper}.

Roast the potatoes for 25 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and tender.

Meanwhile, finely grate or mince {Red Onion} and {Garlic}. In a bowl, mix {Ground lamb}, half the {Red Onion}, half the {Garlic}, {Fresh mint}, {Fresh parsley}, {Dried Oregano}, {Cumin}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Form into 4 thick patties.

Stir together {Greek yogurt}, crumbled {Feta}, the remaining {Garlic}, and 2 tbsp lemon juice from {Lemon}. Slice {Tomato} and {Cucumber}, and separate the {Lettuce} leaves.

Heat the remaining {Olive oil} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. In the last minute, toast the cut sides of the {Burger Buns} in the pan.

Spread feta yogurt sauce on the buns, then stack with lettuce, lamb burgers, tomato, and cucumber. Serve straight away with the roasted potatoes and lemon wedges from the remaining {Lemon}.
