- Greek yogurt(250 g)

- Potato(800 g)
- Paprika(1 tsp)

- Lettuce(1)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into fries, toss with {Olive oil}, {Oregano}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, then spread out on a large tray.

Bake the fries for 25 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

Meanwhile, grate {Cucumber}, squeeze out excess moisture, then mix with {Greek yogurt}, {Garlic}, {Lemon}, {Fresh dill}, {Olive oil}, and a pinch of remaining {Salt} and {Black pepper} to make the tzatziki. Slice the {Tomato}, separate the {Lettuce}, finely grate half the {Red Onion}, and slice the rest thinly.
