- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
- Ketchup(2 tbsp)
- Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Dill Pickles(2)
- Beef Mince(600 g)
- Onion powder(1 tsp)
- Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Cheddar cheese(8 slices)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Lettuce(4)
- Tomato(1)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into thin fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} on a baking tray.

Bake the fries for 20 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

Meanwhile, finely chop {Dill Pickles}. Stir together {Mayonnaise}, {Ketchup}, {Mustard}, and the chopped {Dill Pickles}. Slice {Tomato}.

Divide {Ground beef} into 8 loose balls. Season with {Onion powder}, {Garlic powder}, and a pinch of extra salt and pepper. Toast the cut sides of the {Burger Buns} in a large pan with {Butter} until lightly golden, then set aside.

Working in batches, place the beef balls in the hot pan and smash into thin patties. Cook for 2 minutes, flip, top each patty with {Cheddar cheese}, and cook 1 minute more until browned and melty. Stack 2 patties per burger.

Spread burger sauce over the toasted buns. Add {Lettuce}, {Tomato}, and the double cheeseburger patties. Serve straight away with the hot fries alongside.
