- Ground turkey(600 g)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(3 tbsp)
- Fresh dill(2 tbsp)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Onion(½)
- Breadcrumbs(4 tbsp)
- Eggs(1)
- Dried Oregano(1 tsp)
- Salt(1¼ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Potato(800 g)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Greek yogurt(180 g)
- Lemon(1)
- Burger Buns(4)
- Lettuce(4)
- Tomato(1)
- Mayonnaise(2 tbsp)
- Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)

Heat the oven to 220°C. Cut {Potato} into fries, then toss with {Olive oil}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Spread out on a large tray.

Bake the fries for 24 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

Meanwhile, finely grate {Onion}, mince {Garlic}, and chop {Fresh parsley} and {Fresh dill}. Mix with {Ground turkey}, {Breadcrumbs}, {Eggs}, {Dried Oregano}, remaining {Salt}, and remaining {Black pepper}. Form into 4 thick patties.

Stir together {Greek yogurt}, {Mayonnaise}, {Dijon Mustard}, and the juice from half of {Lemon}. Slice the remaining half of {Lemon}, tear {Lettuce}, and slice {Tomato}.

Heat the remaining {Olive oil} in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for 5 minutes on the first side and 5 minutes on the second side, until golden and cooked through to 74°C internally. Warm {Burger Buns} cut-side down for the last minute.
