- White rice(250 g)
- Ground beef(500 g)
- Black Beans(400 g)
- Corn(200 g)
- Onion(1)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Lettuce(150 g)
- Avocado(1)
- Cheddar cheese(100 g)
- Salsa(8 tbsp)
- Lime(1)
- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Cumin(2 tsp)
- Smoked paprika(2 tsp)
- Oregano(1 tsp)
- Salt(1½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Rinse {White rice}. Finely chop the {Onion}, mince the {Garlic}, shred the {Lettuce}, dice the {Avocado}, cut the {Lime} into wedges, and grate the {Cheddar cheese}.

Add {White rice} to a saucepan with 500ml water and 1/2 tsp of the {Salt}. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook until tender.

Meanwhile, heat {Olive oil} in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the {Onion} for 2 minutes, then add the {Ground beef}, {Garlic}, {Cumin}, {Smoked paprika}, {Oregano}, remaining {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Break up the beef and cook until browned.

Stir the drained {Black Beans}, {Corn}, and 4 tbsp of the {Salsa} into the beef mixture. Cook until the beans are hot and the mixture is glossy and cohesive.

Divide the rice between bowls. Top with the beef mixture, then add the {Lettuce}, {Avocado}, remaining {Salsa}, and {Cheddar cheese}. Serve with the {Lime} wedges for squeezing over.
