Method

    Cut {Pork tenderloin} into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, toss with {Olive oil}, the zest and juice of {Lemon}, grated {Garlic}, {Dried Oregano}, {Paprika}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Set aside while you prep the rest.

    Cut {Potato} into wedges. Toss on a tray with {Olive oil}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}.

    Bake the potatoes at {Potato} until golden and tender, turning once halfway.
