- Cannellini Beans(400 g)
- Lettuce(200 g)
- Cherry Tomatoes(250 g)

- Dijon Mustard(1 tbsp)
- Olive oil(3 tbsp)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Drain the {Tuna} and {White Beans}. Tear or chop the {Lettuce}, halve the {Cherry Tomatoes}, dice the {Cucumber}, thinly slice the {Red Onion}, and roughly chop the {Fresh parsley}.

In a large bowl, whisk the juice of {Lemon} with {Dijon Mustard}, {Olive oil}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper} until slightly thickened.

Add the {Lettuce}, {Cherry Tomatoes}, {Cucumber}, {Red Onion}, {White Beans}, and {Fresh parsley} to the bowl. Toss well so everything is lightly coated in dressing.

Break the {Tuna} into large flakes and fold it through gently, keeping some pieces intact for texture. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
