- Milk(2 tbsp)
- Cheddar cheese(60 g)
- Butter(1 tbsp)
- Bread(4 slices)
- Chili Crisp(2 tbsp)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(¼ tsp)

Crack {Eggs} into a bowl. Add {Milk}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}, then whisk until smooth. Grate the {Cheddar cheese}.

Toast the {Bread} until golden and crisp.

Melt the {Butter} in a nonstick pan over low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring slowly for 2–3 minutes until softly set. Fold in the {Cheddar cheese} and cook for 1 minute more until melty and creamy.
