  • Hummus(240 g)
  • Lettuce(150 g)
  • Tomato(2)
  • Red Onion(1)
  • Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)
  • Lemon(1)
  • Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • Cumin(2 tsp)
  • Paprika(2 tsp)
  • Cinnamon(½ tsp)
  • Garlic(2 cloves)
  • Salt(1 tsp)
  • Black pepper(½ tsp)

Method

    Thinly slice {Red Onion}, dice {Tomato}, shred {Lettuce}, chop {Fresh parsley}, and finely grate {Garlic}. Cut {Lemon} into wedges.

    Heat {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add {Lamb Mince}, breaking it into small irregular pieces, and cook until browned and starting to crisp at the edges, 5 minutes.

    Stir in {Garlic}, {Cumin}, {Paprika}, {Cinnamon}, {Salt}, and {Black pepper}. Cook until fragrant and the lamb is well coated, 2 minutes. Squeeze in a little juice from {Lemon}.
