- Tortilla(4)
- Hummus(240 g)
- Lettuce(150 g)
- Tomato(2)
- Red Onion(1)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)

- Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- Cumin(2 tsp)
- Paprika(2 tsp)
- Cinnamon(½ tsp)
- Garlic(2 cloves)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Thinly slice {Red Onion}, dice {Tomato}, shred {Lettuce}, chop {Fresh parsley}, and finely grate {Garlic}. Cut {Lemon} into wedges.

Heat {Olive oil} in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add {Lamb Mince}, breaking it into small irregular pieces, and cook until browned and starting to crisp at the edges, 5 minutes.
